The Roosevelt Apartments was completed in the 1980’s as a result of the Roosevelt Hotel. Located at 921 Main Street Professional managed by MJ Peterson Real Estate is a high rise building with a total of 113 subsidized one- bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of elderly or handicapped person.

Our location is ideal for residents with or without transportation. Centrally located in the Allentown District residents have easy access to city living, minutes from Downtown Buffalo, walking distance to the bus line, metro rail, Buffalo General Hospital, and Roswell Hospital. Within a few blocks are banks, churches, post office, and many other businesses.

All prospective applicants must complete an application and go through the screening process. The screening process typically takes approximately (2) two weeks. When the application is complete and an apartment becomes available we will contact you by mail or by phone. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the rental office with any changes of household composition such as change of address, phone numbers or no longer interested in an apartment at Roosevelt. If we cannot locate you, your name will be removed from our waiting list and you will need to re-apply.

The residents are encouraged to join the tenant association they meet every second Tuesday of the month. Other planned activities include bingo night, game night, bible study, and summer picnic.
