The Aesthetic Associates Centre is no regular Medical/Dental facility for Plastic Surgery and Dentistry! It is a Cosmetic and Reconstructive Dental Practice, complete with state-of-the-art digital x-ray imaging, nine dental treatment rooms including one specially designed for oral surgery and dental implantology and a fully accredited ambulatory surgery centre offering the newest technologies in patient care and surgical procedures.

Included within the two buildings, located in Amherst, is a Dental Lab which creates custom in-house dental prosthesis to include dentures, crowns and bridges for mini implants along with porcelain veneers to present the finest in Cosmetic Dentistry for our patients.

Dr. Todd E. Shatkin is the Director of Dentistry at the Centre and with his associate, Dr. Marcus Lin, they performs all aspects of General and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Shatkin has been in private practice since graduating from the University of Pacific Dental School. He and Dr. Linn provide their patients cosmetic and implant dentistry, including“mini implants”, which can have dentures immediately attached for an instant solution to poorly fitting dentures. These mini implants can also be used to replace one or more missing teeth in one appointment. Dr. Shatkinhas been in the forefront of modern dental procedures, is an expert in dental bleaching, and is the developer of bleaching products used throughout the dental industry.

Dr. Shatkin is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He is the President of the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants and has taugh tthousands of dentists from around the world on his patented mini implant techniques.
